Look my Babouch is a brand that spices up the shoe world. A place where Urban occidental culture meets Oriental tradition and conventions are flouted.

Here is a Project I did in 2013 commissioned by an entrepreneur friend to custom on babouch for a very limited edition. 16 shoes went through my pens. I really enjoyed working on them, the texture, the space to express myself and the design of those street style Babouch really fit with what I like and I just love the colors that are proposed.

We did a live exhibition in Hong Kong in 2013 at a cafe/shop that is called ”Common Ground” and is situated at 19 Shing Wong St, Central, Hong Kong

THE BRAND CONCEPT

LookMyBabouch reinterprets a classic. At the cross of cultures : the east meets west and traditional elements meld seamlessly width the cutting-edge. LookMyBabouch retains the original shape of the babouche while refreshing the design with cultural influences of the Occident.
